We collect personal data voluntarily provided by the user (first name, last name, email, phone number) via the reservation form, direct contact and newsletter subscription, as well as browsing data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

Personal data is processed to:

• manage reservations and direct contact;
• fulfil contractual, tax and legal obligations;
• send informational or promotional communications, subject to consent;
• perform statistical analysis and improve the site.

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), performance of a contract (b), compliance with legal obligations (c) and the controller's legitimate interest (f).

Data is processed with electronic tools, adopting security measures suited to prevent loss, unlawful uses or unauthorised access. Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes of collection or as required by law.

Data may be shared with third parties providing services on behalf of the controller (hosting, reservation systems, payment processing), always in accordance with GDPR. Data will not be publicly disclosed.

The user may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, by writing to albaristofi@gmail.com.
